One con that I have not researched too heavily, is that it counts steps when driving, and I am pretty sure it does it by distance. I would think with how smart this device is in other areas, that it would realize at 65-70 mph on the highway, I’m obviously driving, but it doesn’t seem to know that, so I try and remember to shut it off, but I depend more on the actual workouts I add, as opposed to counting steps.
I love at the end of the day when I have burned more calories than I’ve consumed, and amazingly, my weight loss has been pretty much aligned with the 3,500 calorie rule, as I create around a 3,000-4,000 calorie deficit per week, and have been losing an average of just over a pound per week, for the last 2 months.
