ESPN Sport Science Lab: The Punching Power Of Gennady ‘GGG’ Golovkin

Here is a short video by ESPN on the punching power of Gennady GGG Golovkin. It is a pretty short video, and didn’t go too much into it. (Not sure if there is a longer version anywhere, but I didn’t see it online).

I know there is a lot of talk about GGG’s punching power, and some say (including in this video), that he hits like someone in a higher weight class.

One thing it does show is the force he makes is over 2,000 lbs of peak force ( 2,159 LBF to be exact).
