If you suffer from fatigue, the first thing that comes to mind to bring your energy back to its higher level is to indulge yourself in a cup of coffee. But you can’t always depend on boosting your energy by drinking cup of coffee over and over again.

Use the stairs often

Going up and down the stairs for like 10 minutes can really help your heart pump quickly. When you do this regularly, you make your heart stronger and learn to endure more. As a result you will have increased energy all day following this routine for a few weeks.

Play a casual game

Sometime you can lose focus and start to lose energy at work or during the day. The best way to bring yourself back to your high level energy is to play a casual and relaxing game such as a crossword puzzle. A few minutes of this game can help you really lift your mood and boost your energy levels.

Drink any kind of smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to get quick energy. Use soy or skim milk to reduce the fat and bad carbs from entering your body. When you eat good carbs and a bit of fiber, you’ll have tons of slow release carbs acting in your body that will give you energy for a prolonged period of time.

Walk everyday

Just like going up the stairs for 10 minutes, a brief session of brisk walk can help your heart to pump. The more frequently and longer you walk, the more energy you’ll have every day. Find a lovely and serene park where you can walk briskly for at least 15 minutes every day and watch how your energy levels start to stabilize. Do this for a couple of weeks and you’ll see how much more energy you have each day to spend.
