Transforming the Insurance Market in Georgia

The Center for Health Transformation held an exclusive briefing for Center members on Tuesday, May 13th. Georgia State Senator Judson Hill and Center Project Director, Wayne Oliver discussed the legislative success stories from the 2008 session of the Georgia General Assembly. These efforts included making healthcare insurance more affordable and accessible to the uninsured, and creating legislation aimed at providing tax incentives for individuals and small employers for the purchase of qualified health insurance products.
