Stacey Lelko
Director of Business Development

Stacey Lelko joined the Center for Health Transformation in February of 2009 as Director of Business Development with a focus on establishing new member relationships. She brings over 20 years of experience and knowledge within the health care industry that reflects a unique blend of leadership skills along with the measurably improved results in a variety of settings.

She graduated from Florida State University with Bachelor of Science in Nursing and spent the first five years of her career as an RN on the cardiac transplant teams for various academic institutions including Northwestern and Loyola hospitals in Chicago. Building on her strong passion for improved patient outcomes, Ms. Lelko transitioned her career into pharmaceutical sales and began a steady progression of increasing management responsibility with Schering Plough and Eli Lilly where she held director level positions while providing leadership, managing budgets, developing talent and exceeding sales goals. Following her passion for oncology patients she joined OSI Pharmaceuticals to launch a novel drug in the lung cancer setting. There, she contributed to the overall success by serving on advisory boards and providing positive input and direct feedback to senior leadership.

More recently, Ms. Lelko assumed senior field sales leadership positions with two start-up organizations; GPC Biotech and deCODE Genetics. In both cases, Ms. Lelko played a critical role in helping to build the commercial infrastructure by hiring, training and developing top talent in addition to launching novel products. She has been recognized and rewarded for her leadership and sales contributions throughout her career.

Ms Lelko participates in many community activities as well as volunteer teaches ESL classes. She is an avid reader and runner. She lives in Atlanta with her husband Mike and children, Jennifer and Michael.
