Scott Cotter
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Scott Cotter joined the Center for Health Transformation and The Gingrich Group as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in July 2003. He manages the Washington, D.C. Gingrich Group office and oversees all financial, administrative and operational matters for the Group.

With over 10 years experience in financial management, Mr. Cotter has a wide range of knowledge within the healthcare and technology arenas. His experiences include corporate accounting, financial planning & analysis, raising capital, strategic planning, competitive analysis, and administrative management.

Before joining the Gingrich Group, Mr. Cotter held multiple positions with Integrated Health Services, Inc., a Fortune 500 company that provides long-term care on a national basis headquartered in Sparks, MD. Mr. Cotter spent the majority of his career in management rolls within the Corporate Accounting Department holding positions such as Senior Director and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. In these capacities, he managed the business planning process, internal/external financial reporting, including SEC filings, and mergers and acquisition analysis.

Mr. Cotter spent two years at Professional Development Solutions, Inc., a web-based software development firm, as Vice President and Corporate Treasurer where he was responsible for all financial and administrative functions. In addition to Mr. Cotter’s day-to-day tasks, he assisted in raising capital, setting pricing structures and developing strong banking relationships.

Mr. Cotter earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from University of Baltimore.
