Patrick Kelly
E-Communications Coordinator
Patrick Kelly joined the Center for Health Transformation in April of 2008 as the E-Communications Coordinator. In that role, Mr. Kelly assists in the daily maintenance of the website and e-campaign management. Patrick will also provide support in the areas of photography and video production for the center’s website.
Patrick graduated from Arizona State University in 2006. While pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management, Mr. Kelly also took an extensive assortment of advanced courses in film production. Patrick is currently enrolled as a graduate student in the Documentary Film Center at the George Washington University. The program, designed to educate its students on documentary film theories, techniques and practices, is headed by recognized documentarian, Nina Gilden Seavey.
Prior to working at the Center for Health Transformation, Patrick worked with ICF International as a research assistant. At ICF, Mr. Kelly worked with a diverse collection of practices within a wide range of business operations. He worked in Baton Rouge for an extended period, to assist in the Road Home Program. Begun after the destruction caused by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, the Road Home program is the largest Homeowner Recovery program in U.S. History. Patrick also assisted in research efforts to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of U.S. Air Force logistics. He also assisted in designing, implementing and assisting in various collaboration services, which ranged from a development of a federal agency’s website to Sharepoint site creation, migration and training.
Mr. Kelly is a Virginia native and currently resides in Northern Virginia.
