Ron Bachman Speaks at Health Care Town Hall

The Southern Crescent Tea Party Patriots will be hosting a town hall meeting on both health care and cap and trade Thursday in Fayetteville.
The event will begin at 7 p.m. at Christ Church at Whitewater, 1577 Ga. Hwy. 85 South, Fayetteville.
"We've got some dynamic speakers. I'm very excited," said Cindy Fallon, president of the Southern Crescent Tea Party Patriots. The group has gotten "really great" feedback from people who have attended the other town hall events, Fallon said.
Speakers include Dr. Brian Hill, a urologist who has spoken about the health care reform issue on Fox News; Ron Bachman, a senior fellow with the Center for Health Transformation; Damon Green, a guest host on the Herman Caine Intelligent Thinkers Show; and State Rep. Matt Ramsey.
Green will be speaking on cap and trade, Fallon said. The format will be a panel discussion with questions. Kathy Valencia will be the moderator.
The event is a non-partisan forum, Fallon said. "We feel like both parties have really failed the American people," she said, "and that we the people need to unite and take our government back under control."
"We want the people to come out and understand that this can be done and it's happening."
