Morehouse School of Medicine Diabetes Care Model
Elizabeth Ofili MD, MPH, Associate Dean for Clinical Research, Professor of Medicine, Chief of Cardiology and Director, Clinical Research Center at Morehouse School of Medicine is working with the Center in the development of a 21st century model for diabetes care. Through the Morehouse Community Physician Network a model of care is being developed and tested to improve the care of individuals with diabetes.
