Kelly Crowe
Vice President, Business Development

Kelly CroweKelly Crowe joined the Center for Health Transformation in 2005 as Vice President of Business Development. She oversees all of the Center’s business development activities including establishing new member relationships and developing marketing strategy.

Prior to joining the Center for Health Transformation, Ms. Crowe helped launch and was a Director of the Revenue Cycle Compass initiative of the Advisory Board Company. In this role, she worked with leading hospitals and health systems throughout the country to deploy next-generation solutions and best practices across the entire revenue cycle continuum to elevate financial performance. Her expertise covers such topics as point-of-service collections, staff accountability, uncompensated care and bad debt, denials management, and real-time tracking and benchmarking of revenue cycle metrics.

Prior to joining the Advisory Board Company, Ms. Crowe spent 14 years in the investment banking industry as an equity analyst in both the healthcare and the energy & oil field services sectors. She held positions with Morgan Keegan & Company in Memphis, TN and Robertson, Stephens & Company in San Francisco, CA. From 1992 to 2003, her responsibilities included making investment recommendations to investors and portfolio managers within the hospital, medical device, physician practice management, pharmaceutical distribution, and outpatient services arenas as well as providing financial and strategic guidance to privately-held healthcare organizations. She was recognized in 1999 and 2000 by The Wall Street Journal as an “All-Star Analyst” for her stock recommendation performance and earnings estimate accuracy within the healthcare field. Ms. Crowe was widely quoted in financial publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Baron’s, Investor’s Business Daily, and Bloomberg, among others. Prior to 1992, she spent several years as an associate equity analyst covering the energy and oil field services sectors.

Ms. Crowe received her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and her Masters of Arts in Economics from the University of Memphis. She lives on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. with her husband, Peter.
