Governor Jodi Rell’s HUSKY Newborn FastForm and HUSKY School Plan

In December of 2006, Governor Rell announced two new outreach efforts to bring health insurance to all Connecticut children:

1. To register newborns for coverage before they leave the hospital (HUSKY Newborn FastForm)
2. To register school-aged children at the beginning of every school year (HUSKY School Plan)
