Fraud in Healthcare Must be Tackled
Date: April 14, 2009

Fraud costs the American taxpayer millions of dollars each year - year after year. The growing rate of fraud is alarming and so popular, that drug dealers are now switching to fraud because it is easier and carries less risk. Can this be changed? We invite members to participate on the CHT Monthly Conference Call on "How to Identify and Reduce Fraud in Healthcare."
CHT State Project Director Jim Frogue will moderate the call. Mr. Frogue is currently editing a book with experts across the healthcare arena to find the best practices for eliminating waste, fraud and abuse. Publication of the fraud book is projected for early summer.
