The event is part of the University's 2009-2010 Speaker Series. Tickets are $8 for the public and free to Southeast faculty, staff and students with a Redhawks I.D. Moderating the debate will be Erik Peterson, senior vice president of the Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS), where he is director of the Global Strategy Institute. Before joining CSIS, he was director of research at Kissinger Associates.
