Center CEO, Nancy Desmond provides input at Healthiest Nation Alliance Meeting

When the Centers for Disease Control, Association of State and Territorial Health Plans, and National Association of City and County Health Officials all joined forces to have America become the Healthiest Nation their efforts included a planning meeting at the Center’s Atlanta office where Nancy Desmond provided leadership and strategic training.  As a follow up, she attended a CEO Roundtable led by Dr. Julie Gerberding where attendees had the opportunity to create a shared vision of health transformation with at least 15 other organizations, including the Healthiest Nation Alliance made up of CDC, ASTHO, NACCHO.
