Center Founder Newt Gingrich Speaks to CHUG

Center Founder Newt Gingrich was the keynote speaker at GE Healthcare’s Centricity Health User Group (CHUG) 2009 annual conference held at the Sheraton Hotel and Marina in San Diego, CA. Gingrich focused his remarks on HIT, current national policy trends, the economy and the Center’s initiative, “Healthcare that Works”.

Attendees to the 2009 spring conference included Centricity EMR and Centricity Practice Solution customers. The annual event provides a venue for users to network and exchange ideas; facilitate teaching and learning for users at all experience levels; and, help users maximize quality and workflow efficiency using EMR.
